Welcome to Book My Theatre! By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, responsibilities, and protections.

1. Definitions

Platform: Refers to the Book My Theatre website, applications, services, and technologies.
User: Anyone accessing or using the platform, including viewers and affiliates.
Filmmaker: A content creator submitting films or trailers.
Affiliate: A user who shares films via referral links and earns from successful referrals.
Net Revenue: Gross income after deducting applicable taxes, platform fees, and transaction costs.

2. Platform Use

Users must be 18 years or older, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Users agree not to use the platform for illegal activity, fraud, or copyright violations.
Book My Theatre may suspend or terminate any account found to violate these rules.

3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Cloning Policy

The Book My Theatre concept, code, workflows, affiliate model, geo-pricing engine, and interface are protected by copyright and provisional patent rights.
Reproduction, reverse engineering, or imitation of any component is strictly forbidden.
Legal action will be taken globally against any party attempting to clone or misuse our technology, concept, or model.

4. Film Submissions

Filmmakers must ensure they have the full legal rights to upload and distribute content.
Misrepresentation leads to immediate removal, forfeiture of funds, and legal responsibility.
Book My Theatre reserves the right to request proof of licensing or rights.

5. Affiliate & Filmmaker Revenue Distribution

Affiliate Earnings

Affiliates earn 30% of Net Revenue from valid, direct referrals of individual film purchases.
Quarterly Payouts: 90% of each affiliate's accrued earnings will be disbursed every quarter.
The remaining 10% of each quarter’s earnings will be released annually on March 31st, as a performance consolidation bonus.
Payouts are subject to standard processing fees, exchange rates, and minimum threshold requirements, where applicable.
Affiliates can monitor real-time performance via personalized dashboards.

Filmmaker Revenue Share

Book My Theatre currently shares up to 50% of Net Revenue with filmmakers for each valid paid stream or ticket sale of their content.
This commission-based structure is not a fixed entitlement, but a revenue-sharing arrangement based on platform policies and sustainability considerations.
Book My Theatre reserves the right to adjust the revenue share percentage — either upward or downward — based on market conditions, platform upgrades, promotional offers, or strategic changes. Such changes are made at the sole discretion of the platform and do not require prior notice, as the arrangement is performance-based and non-exclusive.

Transparency & Accountability

Both affiliates and filmmakers have access to dedicated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into their earnings, referrals, and streaming performance.
Book My Theatre is committed to fair distribution, but also to platform sustainability, innovation, and long-term success for all stakeholders.

6. Refund Policy

All film purchases are final.
Refunds will only be considered for technical issues originating from our server, reported within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Book My Theatre is provided "as-is." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for data breaches, service outages, or third-party errors.
Users accept the risk associated with online platforms and streaming technology.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by California law.
Binding arbitration will be held in Los Angeles County.
Both parties waive the right to class actions or jury trials.

9. Changes to Terms

Book My Theatre reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified via email or in-app notice.

10. Film Content Guidelines

Content must comply with international standards. Prohibited: hate speech, illegal activity, and gratuitous violence.

Copyright and Legal Protection Notice

The platform, its concept, workflows, and affiliate structure are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Any attempt to copy or replicate will result in severe legal action. We value innovation—respect creativity.
